TDM Design and Fabrication specializes in multiple aspects of a fabricated product. Through Design Engineering, 2D Laser Cutting, Metal Forming, Welding, and Custom Finishing; we’re sure that we are the best choice for your custom project - no matter the industry.
Through our team of highly skilled manufacturing engineers, we work with our customers through designing their project solutions if requested. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, we utilize CAM, CAD, and FEA programming to configure solutions.
Unlike most of our competition, we have an in-house Wet Paint and Powder Coating shop. These capabilities help us ultimately keep lead times low and keep costs fair to our end user.
2D Laser Cutting: Utilizing a Cincinnati CL900 Fiber Laser, we are able to cut sheets of metal almost two times larger than the typical laser with a 75” x 155” x 3/8” capacity.
Metal Forming: We apply our Cincinnati 230 PF-10 Press Brake to precisely form and bend metal to conform to the specifics of your product.
MIG/TIG Welding: Our team of highly experienced fabricators utilize both MIG and TIG welding to join metals together with long lasting finish.
