Do you offer engineering services?
Engineering services are included in with your project. With our team of highly skilled engineers, we are able to provide innovative processes to produce your product as efficiently as possible.
what is your lead time?
Lead times vary based on the complexity of your project. When requesting your quote, please include a time frame in which you need delivery and we will be sure to work within your timeline.
what are your enclosure capabilities and limits?
We have built more enclosures than we can even begin to count. They have varied in size and complexity over the years and we have continuously improved our process to be extremely competitive in custom builds. We recently built a fully welded 8-door, which is one of our largest builds to date.
when can i expect to RECEIVE a quote after i’ve submitted a request?
Our lead time on quotes averages about three working days depending on complexity. If you need your quote sooner, please don’t hesitate to give us a call!
are you able to quote on painting / powder coating alone?
As our finishing department often gets backed up, we may deny your quote request for painting/powder coating alone. We prioritize orders that move in our facility from start to finish, therefore, we may not be able to complete your request within your time frame.
However, we are more than happy to respond to your request if we have the capacity for your wet paint or powder coat project.
what capabilities are you equipped with?
We like to consider our capabilities endless. However, sometimes our equipment may limit the next best idea. We are a fully functioning corporation, offering detailed attention from start to finish. We are equipped with a fantastic engineering team who utilizes CAD (computer-aided design), FEA (finite element analysis), and CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) and they will provide their expertise to help envision your project. With our highly-skilled fabricators, they will be sure to handle your project to the highest standards no matter how big or small. We also offer custom finishing through our wet paint or powder coat processes.
does tdm still build infrared ovens?
Evolving doesn’t necessarily mean goodbye. We are more than capable of handling your infrared oven request. As experts in automotive infrared oven manufacturing, we continue to handle these orders just as we do with anything else that runs through our facility.
do you complete quality checks prior to shipping?
To ensure we send you exactly what you requested, we always include a quality sheet in your shipping form. This quality assurance sheet follows your job through each process of its build. Your item(s) then receive a final inspection to make sure your project is to our standards of quality.
However, because we are a custom fabrication shop, mistakes may happen. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we are able to respond to your issue promptly.
